Michael Bauer is a renowned food critic who spent 3 decades reviewing restaurants for the San Francisco Chronicle and has " shaped the image of what is now regarded as the country’s premier fine-dining destination." He has been honored with numerous awards for his contributions to the culinary world.

Michael Murphy was the Director of Culinary Development at IfOnly (acquired by Mastercard) where he produced epic culinary experiences with renowned chefs. He is well known for his annual Rosé Bowl that celebrates the achievements of culinary professionals who have been recognized by the James Beard Foundation for their outstanding contributions to the food and beverage industry.
