Set amidst Napa’s rolling hills just north of St. Helena, Hourglass Vineyards is an iconic Napa Valley estate, long recognized for its estate wines, including its well-structured cabernet sauvignons. It is here, inside the winery’s contemporary caves, that your immersive Wine Country experience takes place. Tour the winery and vineyard accompanied by acclaimed winemaker Tony Biagi, who invites you to sample his wines straight from the barrel before sitting down to a candlelit supper inside the caves. Napa chef Gary Penir beautifully pairs seasonal produce and high-quality proteins with Hourglass’ stellar lineup of award-winning wines. The evening concludes with a jeroboam (3-liter bottle) of Biagi’s 2014 Blueline Estate Cabernet Sauvignon to take home and recreate the evening’s memories on a future date.
